WHAT WE DO

Bromleigh Enterprises is a 501c3 focused on supporting small business growth throughout Greater Hartford and beyond, as a vehicle for deeper, sustainable economic development. Our creative and collaborative programming brings more businesses to life and helps them reach important five and ten-year milestones.

OUR WORK FOCUSES ON FOUR IMPACT CATEGORIES

SOCIAL ENTERPRISE

We build creative, self-sustaining businesses that incubate ideas and further our mission - giving small and micro-businesses greater visibility and opportunities for growth. Our Social Enterprises are beautifully designed and curated brands, spaces and experiences that excite consumers and provide incredible value to partners and donors.

GRANT-bASED FUNDING

Through nearly a decade of experience in supporting the Greater Hartford entrepreneurial space, we’ve identified major gaps in the ecosystem pipeline - lacking in both ROI-based funding and expert support. Through our funding drives and grants, we aim to close that gap to help established entrepreneurs scale within a supportive community.

GRASSROOTS CAMPAIGNS

Advocacy is at the heart of all we do. We work with municipalities, chambers of commerce, groups of concerned businesses, and citizens to develop campaigns that ease the burdens and challenges small businesses face while gathering community support around important causes and economic initiatives.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP

We know that it takes a community moving together toward a common goal to make a real impact on our small business ecosystem. Our support-centered services, programs, and incubators provide small and micro-businesses with the tools and training they need to thrive. We achieve this in partnership with generous donors, as well as prominent local enterprises and experts.

In April 2024, we graduated our first class of 5 newly minted entrepreneurs in Windsor, CT - thanks to a grant from the town. To expand our reach even further, we’re creating an online, self-paced course version of the program to benefit even more entrepreneurs in the future!
